It was an amazing, inspiring, relaxing (and releasing), and unique experience. The reason I joined initially was to recharge and have some time for myself — something all mothers/women could really use :-). It brought me so much more, because through the beautiful program created by Saskia and Amilde, I felt a little more space open up inside me each day. Energy started flowing in a new way, it brought (new) insights, and I was also able to let go of things I no longer needed.
Saskia and Amilde are wonderful teachers and storytellers with a lot of experience and knowledge. And yes, then there’s the location/villa: it’s amazing, with delicious food. It was just pure enjoyment every single day!
